"Best in town. Been going there for over 20 years and don't see myself going anywhere else."
The shop
A Sparks
institution.
Top Notch opened in 1997, owned and run by Charles Hodges and Derek Bennett. The specialty is fades, every kind of fade you can think of, but the chairs are for everybody: men, women, kids, seniors, and a customer base that's as multicultural as Sparks itself.
It's a real neighborhood barbershop. The game's on the TV, Raider Nation is on the wall, and you'll see the same faces in the chairs you saw twenty years ago. Open seven days a week; walk in Monday through Saturday, or book ahead on Booksy. Sundays are appointment only, so grab your spot the day before.
